George Kefford

George is a researcher and journalist focusing on political violence and non-state armed actors in the Middle East. He is currently working as a junior researcher at the International Centre for Counter-Terrorism, focusing on the use and dissemination of disinformation by violent extremist organisations in Iraq, and runs his own OSINT page, The Partisan Report. George complements his research with a unique understanding of the on-the-ground situations across the Middle East, an understanding fostered through walking over 1000 miles across various Middle Eastern countries including Iraq, Lebanon, and Palestine.
