Logan Raper

Logan is an undergraduate student of International Studies at the University of Wyoming in the United States, focusing on conflict governance. He has spent most of his focus on the Middle East and Asia but has experience covering populist political groups in the United States and Germany. He hosts a podcast for the University Wyoming's Middle East and North Africa Program, Peeling Back, and is interested in how paramilitary groups and non-state actors have evolved and transformed in recent years with the advent of new technology and tactics.
